These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and Dewa99 (hereinafter "Dewa99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://dewa99.cam (hereinafter the "Platform", "Website").

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including any additional rules, guidelines, and policies referenced herein — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable Promotional Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Dewa99 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms or who otherwise breaches any of the provisions contained herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Dewa99, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use. Dewa99 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under applicable law.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of Dewa99, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or responsible gambling restriction — whether imposed by the User themselves through Dewa99's tools or by any recognised responsible gambling authority.
• Not have had a previous Dewa99 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or associated accounts — whether under the same identity, shared household, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. In the event that multiple accounts are identified, Dewa99 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated balances and bonuses at its sole discretion.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Dewa99 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and the activation of two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

Dewa99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify Dewa99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

Dewa99 is required to verify the identity of all registered Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process may also be triggered at any other point where Dewa99 has reasonable grounds to verify a User's identity, payment method, or source of funds.

Users may be required to submit, upon request:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill or official bank statement issued within the preceding three months);
• A selfie photograph of the User holding the submitted identification document;
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered e-wallet or bank account in the same name).

KYC documents must be legible, unaltered, and in the accepted file formats (JPG, PNG, or PDF, maximum 5MB per file). Dewa99 aims to complete standard verification reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete submission.

Dewa99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and, in extreme cases, terminate an Account where a User is unable to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.

Dewa99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same legal name as the Dewa99 Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Dewa99 does not charge deposit fees. However, the User's bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Dewa99 accepts no liability.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX typically take 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to network confirmation times of 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified Account holders only.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Dewa99 may require withdrawal to a specific bank account registered in the User's name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is within 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and time of request. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Dewa99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed set thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's anti-fraud systems.

Dewa99 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free bets, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms published in the relevant promotion's specific conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all Dewa99 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to Players who have completed basic account registration. Certain promotions may require additional eligibility criteria, such as minimum deposit amounts or active verification status.
2. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
3. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, Dewa99 reserves the right to deduct the full bonus amount and any winnings attributable to that bonus from the Player's balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
4. Bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with other active promotions unless the relevant promotion specifically permits such combination.
5. Dewa99 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress for existing bonus balances will be honoured under the terms in force at the time the bonus was credited.
6. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play intended to manipulate promotional mechanics, may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

All bets placed on the Dewa99 sportsbook and all wagers made on Dewa99 casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In cases of conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the applicable game.

Sportsbook: Bets on football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL matches), UFC, and other sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sports organisation. Dewa99 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets affected by a manifest pricing error or a feed malfunction.

Live Casino: All live dealer games operate in accordance with the rules of the respective game variant in play. Bets placed after the designated betting window has closed will be declared void. Dewa99 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live-dealer streaming infrastructure from licensed providers to ensure fair and transparent game outcomes.

Maximum Win Limits: Dewa99 applies maximum win limits per bet and per session, which may vary by game and product vertical. These limits are disclosed within the relevant game interface or upon request. Winnings that exceed applicable maximum limits may be capped at the stated maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dewa99 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account use;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games in any way not explicitly permitted;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform as a vehicle;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform operators to manipulate game outcomes;
• Charging back deposits or otherwise initiating fraudulent payment disputes with a bank or payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law, using a VPN, proxy server, or other means of obfuscating your true location;
• Engaging in any conduct that Dewa99 reasonably determines to be abusive, offensive, or harmful to other Users or to the integrity of the Platform.

All content on the Dewa99 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "Dewa99", logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, software, text, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dewa99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, adapted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Dewa99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dewa99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account due to the User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to understand the rules of a game or betting market;
• Losses resulting from changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the User's ability to access the Platform.

Where Dewa99's liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dewa99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and ensuring that gaming on our Platform remains a form of entertainment. All Users are strongly encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

Dewa99 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;

Dewa99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable Dewa99 policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring Dewa99 to restrict account access;
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dewa99 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy fees or closure procedures.

Upon account closure due to a breach, Dewa99 may forfeit any and all bonus balances and withhold real-money funds pending a compliance review. Legitimate real-money balances held in good faith will be returned to the verified account holder via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any compliance review, subject to applicable processing timelines.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, as applied in the jurisdiction in which Dewa99 is registered and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Dewa99 arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through Dewa99's internal dispute resolution process. Users must submit a formal dispute in writing to the Dewa99 support team, providing full details of the matter in question.

Dewa99 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within five (5) business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive resolution within thirty (30) calendar days of the formal submission date. Where resolution is not achievable through the internal process, disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution authority applicable to Dewa99's licensing jurisdiction.

Dewa99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, Dewa99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and will, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered Users through the Platform or via the registered email address on file.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the changes in their entirety. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
